Up to 6 days delay¹

1 day for all parcels leaving NZ. 1-2 days to some areas in the Middle East. 6 days when sending to Europe and Africa.

Receiving from overseas

Minor mail delays²

Up to 2 working day delay for mail arriving from overseas. No significant parcel delays.

* Additional working days delay on top of our normal delivery targets.
¹ Additional delays may occur for parcels being sent overseas at the final delivery stage within the destination country.
